Knoppix is a Debian-based Linux distribution that uses KDE as the default graphical environment.
Most Knoppix software is free, but also includes proprietary software.

* It is a LiveCD, therefore it is not necessary to install it on the hard disk, but the system can be started from a CD or a DVD (and even from other media).
* You can use Gnome or KDE as a graphical environment, and KOffice and Konqueror as web browsers.
* Includes OpenOffice.
